Theme: Letting Go
What will happen as the oceans continue to rise, which they are and will keep doing? Confronted by the increasing threats to low-lying and vulnerable coastal regions, large numbers of people and many many communities will face the extremely painful need to retreat, abandoning homes and land they love. Saying goodbye will be part of our future.
